How do I add lead capture forms to my home page?
	You can create a new form using the Lead Capture tools found under the XSite menu. Just click the Form Manager button in the Lead Tools menu, then click Create a form. If you need help creating a form, watch our Creating Forms online video. Once the form is created, click the PowerView option from Lead Tools, locate the page you’d like to add your form to and select if from the drop down menus.
	Where do I configure my intro?
	Site intros are created in the XSite Wizard, found under the XSite menu. Select step 3, or click the My Intros button under Design. Now, you can either select one of the basic intros included with your XSite, or use the Advanced Intro Options to create a custom site introduction.
	What is the XSites Network?
	The XSites Network is a collection of thousands of real estate agents, inspectors, appraisers and mortgage professionals around the United States and Canada, all tied together by the sophisticated transaction management and collaboration tools found in XSites. Using it, you can quickly locate a resource anywhere in the country.
	What are Listing XChange Partnerships?
	Real estate agents who are a members of the XSites Network can use Listings XChange to share their listings with other agents across the country. Using individual partnerships, you can choose to share your listings with your local colleagues, or relocation specialists in other markets. This feature is particularly useful to brokers or agent teams that want to aggregate their listings on each site yet maintain control over their individual listings and leads.
	Does Search for Property search just my listings?
	No! The Search for Property tool searches not only your own listings, but also those of other agents who have enabled Listings XChange on their XSite. This represents an ever-growing inventory of homes from agents across the country.
	How can I add an IDX tool to my site?
	Add your own IDX tool to your XSite using the IDX wizard found under the XSite menu in My Office. Just click the Add and IDX Page button, then follow the simple on-screen prompts to select your state, Realtor Board or MLS operator and IDX tool. If your tool isn’t already configured in the wizard, fields are provided to quickly add your link.
	What if I don’t already have an IDX provider?
	We have partnered with iHomeFinder to provide IDX content in several markets around the nation. While in the IDX configuration tool, look for the MLS service providers marked with “Supported by iHomeFinder. Select one of these items and, if you don’t already have one, sign up for an iHomeFinder account by clicking the New button.
	Where is the XSites Wizard?
	The XSites wizard is now found under the XSites button on the main menu. Click XSites and the familiar 9-step process is still available, along with the quick menu items found under Design, Content and Extra Tools.
	How do I find out how many people have visited my site?
	You can discover a wealth of information about who is visiting your XSite by checking out the XSite Statistics page found by clicking XSite in the main menu, then clicking Stats. Scroll down to see how many First Time Visitors and Returning Visitors have been to your XSite over the last 90 days. Or, pick a specific period of time. While you’re on the page, make sure you note the wealth of other statistics provided, such as which sites people are hitting your site from, what search phrases they’re using and which of your listings is most popular.
	How do I log out and login as a different user?
	There is no “log out” function in your XSite. To switch user accounts, simply close the XSite administration tool, then reopen it using the Admin link at the bottom of your XSite Home page. (Or by typing your URL into the Address bar, followed by /admin.) Now, login as the new user.
	Can I import my contacts?
	Yes! You can import contacts from Microsoft Outlook, FNRES’s AgentOffice, Sage Software’s ACT, Top Producer, or even from a generic database using Microsoft Excel. Click the Contacts button in the main menu, then open the Tools menu and select Import/Export. The first time you access this tool, a small applet will be loaded to help you with the process.
	How do I customize my Home Page?
	The single most important page on your XSite is your home page. Not only is this the first page that your customers are going to see when they hit your site, but it’s also the first page a search engine is going to hit when they come to index your site for inclusion in their lists. To ensure that you get the best placement possible, click on the XSite button, then click Wizard. From the Content menu, click My Content. Now, click the link for the Home page in the list of Provided Pages to open it in the content editor and make your changes.
	How do I create e-mail accounts for my associates?
	Your professional-level XSite comes with 10 integrated, CertMail e-mail accounts. (Standard-level sites only have 1 e-mail account.) You can create and manage these accounts using the User Management tool found under the My Office menu. Click the Add User button to create a new user, then type the name you’d like to use in the E-mail address field. Make sure the Your XSite’s CertMail option is selected. Complete the rest of the fields on this page and click Save. Need more e-mail accounts? Click the Buy More link found beneath the Add User button or contact our sales department at 800-alamode.
	Can I remove the Search function from my Listings pages?
	Yes. We understand that not every agent wants to allow site visitors to search their listings, so we’ve made this – and the My Favorites function – an optional setting. Click the Listings menu, then choose Preferences from the My Listings items. On the right side of the screen, un-check the box for the feature you’d like to disable, then click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the screen.
